: No more sore elbow!!

Why didn't MINI think about it?
When I drive my CM I usually place/rest my arm/elbow on the top of the driver's door. The plastic is very hard and my elbow bone aches after just a couple of minutes. Do other drivers face the same issue? I also find the arm rest too short for resting my other arm!

Anyway, I spent 50 Euros at a local interiors specialist in Athens and here are the pics. The best 50 Euros I've spent for a long time :D:D

Great idea - even a marketing opportunity.....:D

As I'm 1.95m tall I have to have the seat down too far to be able to put my elbow up there anyway - sigh!

What if you add a lot more padding? :)

Unfortunately it needs the window depth to be increased which would then lower the sill. My elbow sits some inches below the right point on the door. Ho hum..... :D:mad:

I'm 1.8m but long in the torso. I can rest my arm up there but the acute angle of the door card's top surface and the window edge make it uncomfortable for more than a few minutes.

I think Vassilis is on to something here!

Now that I've ordered a countryman, do I have to start stating my height in metric...?

Looks like a very well made mod, subtle yet practical.
