I'm trying to replace the upper engine mount; the one on the top left that is connected to the strut tower, ok so it looks like I just have to take off the bar and the screws connected to the mount, can anyone confirm this. Also does anyone know the torque values.

I thought that was referring to the the dreidal shaped one? in the bottom left
