Hi

Im looking at buying a new set of Gloss Black Alloys 17' for my Cooper S JCW replica. At the moment i have 17inch BBK 299 alloys which look awsome but have started to corrode and need a refurb. so im selling these and getting some new alloys. (refurb is £400+ near me)

Any Ideas?

I dont have a great budget but £500 is what im looking at spending.

No Diamond cut alloys though, they corrode too easy im really looking at all black alloys like the R112?

thanks in advance :D

BMW Mini Alloy jcw design Wheels 17" Gloss Black

Search for this on ebay- I think I recognise the seller name as a well respected member of the MINI community but not 100% sure.

Borbet make the JCW challenge Spokes (or at least they did for the Challenge Race car). Anyway, they are the exact same wheel as the JCW challenge spoke and around £500/£600 online (IIRC).
Tyres extra of course as Borbet are a proper brand, not like your Fox Racing cast Iron jobbies....
Also, watch out for fakes on ebay, i've seen a few cheap alloys crack which is pretty dangerous. Stick to the good brands (Borbet, OZ, BBS, etc) basically any company who is considered good enough to physically supply a major car manufacturer (BBS=VW/BMW, Borbet=Mini, OZ=Ford).
