Hello

As title suggests, I have picked up a good deal of new front and rear calipers, pads and braided hoses for just over £500.

Obviously I know I need to get discs and I know about the modification needed on the rears for the handbrake cable. My question is if I need anything else on the attached pic? Item 13 is called a protection plate and would I need to get new brake pad sensors?

Thanks

Pads, wear sensors and new brake lines as the fitment is different. go for s/s braided.
With brakes go for new bits as its your life !

I have them fitted to my car. The modification to the rear handbrake cable is a slight pain to do, but replacing the cable is even more of a pain.

The protection plate is removed and not needed.

The fronts are just a straight swap. I would also bleed the clutch after doing the brakes too.

Thanks for that. So I just need discs and I'm good to go? Can I use the existing brake pad sensors as long as the light hasn't come on?

I used the old sensors as the old pads hadn't worn down that far.

They can be a slight pain to remove tho.
