I am buying a cooper s and have just purchased a private reg. Does anyone know if I can send off my log book and at same time request change of registration to personal one. Hope this makes sense lol just can't wait to put personal plate on . Typical women inpatient lol

I think you can from memory - we have done it before when trading our old car in for another and getting the dealer to do the number transfer at the same time.

i collected my mini on tuesday and i only have the green slip. however you can take this to your nearest DVLA and do it there and then :) which i am going to do today.
i rang DVLA Swansea just to make sure and they confirmed this was fine.
