Hey up!

Has anyone ever done this? I have a 01 Metallic Racing Green R50 Cooper with the standard chrome bumpers. I'm looking to change it but the full aero kit is a little out of my budget. I'm thinking about picking up a secondhand aero front bumper and using the rear bumper of an R53 Cooper S. Do you think this would look good? I think the rear aero looks a little to big and 'boy racer-ish' and I figured I could just change the rear bumper black trim from my old bumper to an R53 cooper s bumper to accommodate the exhaust?

Also, anyone know the rough costs of getting bumpers resprayed? Struggling to find green ones.

It will look good and yes you can swap the lower plastic trim over for the exhaust as it just unclips. In London a couple of years back I paid about £200 for both bumpers to be painted.
