Hi guys, I have an 05 MCS and had a quick question about the JCW exhaust system for this car. Is it a relatively straightforward installation using the same hangers and handware, or are some modifications necessary to make it fit? and will a JCW exhaust from any R53 fit my car or does it have to be from an 05? While we are on the topic, what is the general consensus on its sound? I'm just curious whether or not it is worth replacing the stock S exhaust with this or not since someone in my area is selling one.

Straightforward fitting - it just slips onto the cat pipe, the regular fittings attach the back boxes to the hangers on the car. Hangers on the car and hence the back boxes varied over time. Have a look on realoem for details.

Sound is a personal thing, but it is less muted. The engraved chrome tips look nice...
