BMW/Mini has recalled some 89k Minis for water pump issues. What the heck happened with the first generation Minis and powersteering pump issues? there are thousands of documented failures and since its not life threatening they dont do anything about it ? my 04 MCS lost its powersteering at 55k and it cost me 800 bucks to get it fixed. That just steams me. Anyone else agree this is BS ????
