Hi, I have a week-old-to-me R53 Facelift Cooper S.

The car has built in sat nav, the one in place of the speedo.

I wondered if anyone else on here has the OEM nav system and has replaced the standard stereo with any aftermarket unit?

I'm thinking of an Alpine unit with built in Bluetooth capability, iPhone/A2DC audio streaming etc, BUT I want to know if I can retrofit anther stereo and the nav voice instructions still come through the cars' speakers?
