Apologies if someone has already asked this but my interest in the Coupé is at an all time high and my main concern is boot space.

Does anyone know if it can fit a set of golf clubs or not? Any replies would be much appreciated!

Why don't you take a set down to your local dealer and give it a try ;)

Well i cant get my clubs into the normal hatch back so i very much doubt you will get them in the coupe. I have to have my rear seats down.

Sounds like you have answered your own question. I ditched my golf clubs sometime ago, and now get a guitar in where once lay the clubs. Food for thought. Lol.

Well my old Cooper could handle two sets of clubs with the seats down. If the Coupé can't fit any when it doesn't even have rear seats then it's gone down a peg for me.

I stopped playing golf years ago. Give me the dimensions and I will measure my Coupe's boot for you.

You should be able to get your bag and your powacaddy in there...it's bloddy huge! Remember they have taken out the rear seats so more boot space

It's not quite as big as a regular hatch with the seats down. Don't forget that in the coupe there's a bulkhead behind you, which is set at a place so that you can get the front seats all the way back, with sensible recline settings. That means that your boot doesn't extend all the way to the backs of the front seats in a coupe like it would in a hatch.

I'm guessing, but I suppose it could take a foot (30cm) or so off the boot front-to-back dimension compared to a hatch with the rear seats down and the front seats set for people of average height.

EDIT: Forgot, there is a pass-through though, so if you don't have a passenger you might be able to open the passthrough, push the passenger seat forward and poke the golf bag through that. It depends on how all the angles work out, but it might help...?

this response is far too late to be relevant, but i wish i'd had the info when i was buying (not that it would have made any difference):

YES, a bag of clubs will fit in the boot/trunk

HOWEVER,

i had to take the driver and woods out and put them in separately. My bag + irons are just about EXACTLY the size and shape of the storage in the deepest part of the trunk, but the wheel wells make it a bit too small for the longer shafted clubs. They do however fit in the open space above the clubs quite perfectly, just need to be put in separately. (fyi, i am 5'11" and play with clubs that are approx correct for my size)

still TONNES of room after the clubs are in.. maybe even a second set i've been told, but haven't tested.

Actually yesterday I saw a new 911 in for a service and that had a full set of golf clubs and caddie cart stored in the front wheel well of the luggage compartment, all looked telescopic stuff, whether they do telescopic clubs I dont know, maybe they were bespoke specials to fit as the car was 140 grand worth :aargh:.
I can get a mountain bike in the back of my MINI hatch though
