Just bought an 07 Cooper S with 35000 miles on it. Dark Grey Black roof IN LOVE. Car was super clean except side visor thingy was missing which the dealer is going to replace and it only has one key. The key it has is as you can imagine pretty beat up. I'm curious about buying a new "case" for the the key and transferring the chip from the old one to the new one. Is this even possible and if so is there a reputable place to buy the parts?

Ebay is full of it
bought mine from there but couldn't get the chip done (copied)

I've seen complete keys on eBay. Any idea on how much it is to get them programmed at the dealer? I do have comfort access if that make a difference.
