Ok, I am aware, this sounds utterly bonkers BUT....

This seems a common BMW upgrade and it seems to be relatively easy, It appears all looms are identical, just the drive, display and computer are different. On our MINI's the Display anfd computer are the same unit. The speedo thingy.

Any ideas or info on this? If it can be done I'd be up for it. I know that there are software and activation code implications.
