Hi All, Anyone out there had any clutch noise in the first inch or so when letting the clutch out. Cannot feel it in the pedal, just a "sighing" noise when it is let out in the first couple of gears only, only now and again.

sounds like the clutch release bearing ,dry shaft from clutch dust ,my r53 does it only in 1st gear but let out slower than normal and no noise, exspensive if you want to eleviate the noise unless the clutch is on its way out and slipiing ?? if so then its going to be repaiced anyhow.

I have a clutch noise which sounds like the bearing is going.
Car has 1k miles, clutch bite point was right at the start of the clutch pedal return stroke.
You get the noise as soon as any load is applied to the engine. Crusing alon then when pressing the accelerator fo mor epower and you get the noise.
Dealer will replace the clutch.
