I will say...only if they didn't re-assemble correctly. If it was like that before (they never move the pipe) the Turbo water pump was replaced why didn't the all of the coolant leak out before?

Hi ya

Are you loosing coolant at all when the system is topped up and bleed ?
If you are loosing coolant it could be a few things. You may have a airlock still. Or when it lost all it's coolant and overheated it may have damaged the heat gasket.
Get them to fill it up with coolant and bleed it and do a sniff test to check the head gasket Incase it has boiled your engine.

If you are not loosing coolant it could be that the thermostat was damaged or has just given up the ghost its worth checking but if it was ok before it went in to have the aux water pump done that's where I would be looking there has been a few bad new pumps all ready.
They need to go back over the whole job and make shore everything is connected electrically and correctly Connected and filled and bled

I don't know if you have done this but try and get hold of the guy or a copy of the report from the RAC about your call out, Incase the hose coming off has caused all these problems if it has I would be asking for the £150 pounds back plus time petrol ect

Hope it works out hope this helps
