just had second service the other day i have just checked the oil on the dip stick and its black this cant be right thought it should be clear this was done on the tlc package

Does an inspection II always contain an oil change? I'm not sure - your car may have required, and had, an oil change shortly before the inspection service in which case it might not get repeated at the inspection service.

The Mini 'Condition Based Servicing' is a bit of a nightmare to understand!
