Had my brand new Cooper D for a week now, very happy with it (my 4th Mini). But I've a few questions:
1. Clock Display in central consol - In my last Dooper I could press a button on the central consol and go straight to the time display. This button has now disappeared, so if I check my OBC for fuel consumption, or Phone, I can't get back to just the clock! Unless I turn on the radio and turn it off again! I know this might seem a little trivial, but I'm an instructor, so need to go from one display to another and need that clock!
2. Is the ambiant lighting on ALL the time now? Used to only come on with the external lights!
3. USB reading sometimes freezes. I've got the HK upgrade, which is ace, although as mentioned before, a little bassy! It freezes mid-track, goes back to the radio, then when I unplug/replug the SD/USB reader it picks up from a track I was listening to perhaps a few days ago!
Any thoughts? As I said, fantastic great little car, can't believe how much quieter and smoother it is to my last Dooper. Also, fuel consumption is already better without the engine "loosening up".
