Guys were considering purchasing a 2.0l Countryman Cooper S and would before doing so relish "real-time" owners views on a few matters and was hoping the membership could offer up their views from owning this vehicle we have the brochure and salesmans view now we want real ones

What is the "realtime" MPG expected over 95% B roads and over an total of an 80m journey (our journey to our nearest supermarket)
What are they like long-term as an only vehicle fun, boring or what ?
Are they comfortable on a long run (as im disabled and cherish more the overall comfort/economy over speed etc)
We are considering it in white or silver any views on colour?
We are considering the £180 option of Cruise is it worth having if our use will be 95% b roads and countryroads although where we live everything is a distance from us we rarely if ever drive in a town.

We would thank all for full and frank reviews hopefully helping us to make a final desision on this soon as our current 1.6 petrol Astra is a real chore to own

Hi Cman 2.0l dooper S owners just a quicky here long-term what are they like in standard format as regards comfort levels we drive 95% on Scottish Country B roads and very rarely in towns and i am a disabled driver/passenger where we now require comfort/economy over speed and cornering ability.....

Your comments please and if any (apart from expensive lounge seats) what you would consider must have extras

Looking forward to your replies :D

Hi guys wondering if current 2.0l Cman Dooper S owners might care to let us know what our likely MPG on about 95% country B roads might be at best we tend to remain in top gear at a steady 50 the majority of the time but real figures from real owners i would far prefer than salesman and brochure stats any day of the week...

Also given our driving habits would we benefit any from the £180 cruise option? being fitted other than it would be great for my sore legs ;)

As always looking forward to your replies
