We bought our '02 R53 new in 2002, it has had the normal issues, but since I've been driving I have 4 issues bugging me.

1 The shifter itself feels loose like maybe a bearing is shot?
2 We had the front window replaced and ever since it sounds like a rattle under the dash from a clip, but it may be the common clip rattle, how do I fix it?
3 The clutch we have is the original clutch and it has about 119,000 mIles on it but it intermitantly makes a loud screeching noise from a standstill
4 The right door upper speaker by the handle seems to have come loose and rattles, standard radio not the harmon.
