I've been looking at buying a MCS 2005 and have asked the previous owner for the details so I could look at the MOT history and suchlike. On the previous MOT these items came up as advisory notices:

Oil leak
Play in steering rack inner joint(s)
Outer skin of rear box corroded

Are these anything to worry about? I know from past experience with my Golf GTI that the oil leak comes up from time to time on mine but in actual fact there's nothing really.

Just wanted to make sure before going to view the car.

It's £5k for a 2005 MCS with 80k on the clock.

Any thoughts, help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
