i have the front discs new from bmw they have grey paint or somethin on them do i have to remove it before fitting is so what with thanks

Grey paint? Weird! Yes.... but not sure, can you post a pic of them?

To be honest if u are unable to answer this question yourself then you should not be replacing brakes!
