Hi Guys

Is it possible to replace the door trim panel in an R56 Cooper S?

I only need the trim bit/strip. (e.g the the fluid silver piece/strip.)

Only reason I'm asking is the previous owner managed to quite badly scuff the the fluid silver trim on the passenger door and as the cars only just over 12 months old it would be nice to replace it and have it all looking new :)

I did question my local MINI dealer late on today who said they weren't sure but call back tomorrow when a certain member of staff will be there! It does look to me like it could be replaced, but just double checking!

Anyone have any idea on the costs of this? I don't imagine a bit of plastic would cost a lot but sometimes its quite surprising!

Thanks in advance :)

i think they are all plastic welded to the door panel itself. I am guessing you have to replace the whole door panel. or you can just do some type of 3m wrap or plastic dip the pcs.
