Hey I just bought a Mini cooper S 2 days ago and it has this hesitation when hiting the gas pedal.It runs great and i dont notice it when im driving .when its idling i just try to rev the engine but it hesitates first before the rpms go up.Its a 6 speed manual so i know its not the cvt.HELP ME.Thanks

1. Take it back.
2. Check it has the correct spark plugs fitted (and that they have been changed since the car was new).
3. Look for air leaks around the intercooler.

Thanks for the reply.I should have been more spacific,the car is used with
60000 miles on it.I have a warranty on the car but im not sure if theres actually anything wrong with it.I have been told that its the lag from the supercharger but it seems like too much to me.
