I recently purchased a 2010 Cooper S with only 14k miles. It had a couple recalls and needed some service so off to Nashville I go. Wow, they treat you great, they gave me a mini to drive around town, paid for the gas, washed my car, serviced it, completed the recalls, gave my wife a bulldog keychain, Mini cooper gum, drinks, etc etc..... and I paid nothing! Amazing service from these guys, so far so good being a Mini owner. I do have a slight hesitation in the car on take off however that they didn't get repaired. Maybe needs fuel injectors cleaned not sure.
