Hi,

I ordered a set of 18" R113 style wheels from minisport2.com for my MCS and it has been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order.

No one is responding to any emails I send (I have tried two different email accounts). I have previously purchased parts from them with no issue and am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt (I really want the wheels).

Not sure if anyone else has had issues with postage.

I am at a point where I think I may have to notify my bank to try recover the money.

Feedback would be appreciated.

Why not call them - the number (+44 (0)1282 778731) is quite clearly listed on the website?

It drives me mad when people freak out because they haven't had a response to an email... maybe your messages have gone into their junk mail for some reason, or vice versa? Perhaps they have a backlog of outstanding emails? You don't mention how long you've been waiting for a reply?

To say "I'm going to notify my bank to recover the money!" when you can't even be bothered to pick up the phone and call the company is complete madness, especially considering you're a previously satisfied customer.

What was the UK to Australia shipping time for your previous orders?

Did you receive emails regarding shipping on previous orders?

Just received a postage update with a DHL tracking number.

This is after trying to get a request for an update via minisport2 and minisport. They did send me an email yesterday stating that the items were being packed. When I replied saying could you explain what the hold up is and what is the ETA they never responded....

My previous orders arrived within a few days.

Problem with calling is the time difference and doesn't give you a paper trail if they don't end up posting it. For me to claim against my card holder I will need a paper trail to confirm I have made every effort to resolve the issue prior to processing a chargeback.

I wouldn't have been as concerned if they didn't state that the postage would be 2-4 days.

Minisport don't have the best reputation for good communications with customers on the classic Mini forums in the UK......
