Anyone know a link that sell these parts?!

If you don't want to go to the dealer there are many after market parts suppliers. They may or may not have what you need. I did see the radiator reservoir cap on this site.

Firstly you should not use a car without a brake fluid reservoir cap fitted, without one the brake fluid will very quickly absorb moisture from the atmostphere, this will then cause the brake fluid to boil in heavy brake use and can cause total brake failure, you need to go back to whoever sold it to you in an unroadworthy condition and get them to fit a new one and flush the braking system out and refill it with new fluid as well.
Also another point you run the risk of getting dirt into the fluid without the cap and thus this in time can/will cause seal failure and leaks.

Appalling. Like the above poster said, it's not safe to drive without these caps. Additionally, if it's a manual transmission, then the brake and clutch fluid use the same reservoir. You risk problems with both the brake and transmission systems. Insist that they flush the brake fluid system and the coolant and don't accept no for an answer.
