I have had this code for a while now, first it was with a few codes because the line to the map sensor was cracked, with that fixed now, I still have the O2 code.
The O2's have been replaced before, but I tried to replace the upstream one again, then the code came back after a second key cycle
Should I replace the second one too or try and reset the ecu through the dash by pressing the trip rest button first?

I need to get the car to pass the emissions test, and it won't pass with the cel on.
I have read and read all kinds of posts in this, it almost seems no ones post ever has the same symptoms.

Input and suggestions please.

The aftermarket Bosch PN15730 will not work because it takes too long to heat up. The pre-cat O2 needs to be at operating temperature in less than 10 seconds. The O2 sensor cold value is around .4 to .5 VDC and will vary from .1 to .9 when at operating temperature. I have replaced my O2 sensor with NTK's PN 25648 that I purchased from amazon for $115.
