I feel bad living in Malta - After sales is a disaster here -_- so disappointed with BMW here. A representative from BMW in Germany doesn't even know the difference between 2 plastics used in a MINI and backs up the maltese dealership ... I don't want to part from my MINI because of after sales but same time it makes me think.
