The engine in my owned since new 54 plate Cooper S (101K miles)Is now sounding like a bag of spanners,knocking rattling etc and is about to blow,Think it came about as ran low on oil about 6 months ago (leak and no warning light).Can anyone recommend a cheap recon engine supply and fit agent that I could contact.GUTTED!!!

i would have the timing chain and tensioner checked before changing the entire engine
