Hi! This is my first post here, i have been lurking about for a couple of months though =)
I have a Mini One D 2005.
After i changed the interior door opening cable my window no longer dips when the door is opened.
(followed a guide on youtube "How to fix the locks and door handle on a Mini Cooper ")
The only thing i did diferent was that i took down the window before attaching the "lock" pin, so it colided with the window once or twice. didnt seem to bother it much though..
I have tried multiple positions on the srew\bolt underneath the door, but no difference. I have also tried to reset the window, even unplugged the negative pole on the battery. No imporvement. Had a similar problem somtimes durning the winter, but its warm outside now, and it worked a couple of hours ago :P
The window sliedes fine all the way up and down, its just the "door open dip" thats not working..
It works fine with the passenger door (only worked on the drivers door.)
Im really lost, ideas?
