Hi everyone,

I have red brake calipers on my cooper jcw however they could do with being repainted.
However while searching ebay i came across these red brake caliper covers for only £17.98 (link below) and was just wondering if anyone has used them before and if people think they look good and are easy to put on?
Also just wondering how strong they are held onto the calipers with the glue or if they are going to rattle?

The forum won't let me post links until i have made 15 posts but what to do is go onto ebay and type in:
Red Calipers BRAKE Front Rear Brembo Mini Copper BMW

Thanks.

I am using the red MGP caliper covers on our two MCSs.

You want to glue plastic covers on your brake calipers :aargh:

Pop in to Halfrauds & buy some caliper paint, I would think it'll look much better & be a lot safer

Just a point, but surely covering them up with covers could affect their cooling capability? :aargh:, boiling brake fluid, brake failure?
Doesnt sound too sensible to me, repaint them is the only answer I would have thought if they have got to bad.

Yeah been advised by many people to not put on the covers so I am instead just going to re-paint them as you can do it with them being left on the car and by just taking the wheel off :)

The MGP caliper covers I use have no effect on the brakes whatsoever. They are just an outer plate and do not go around the caliper like the "Brembo" caliper covers do.
