I ordered a JCW Coupe from Williams Bolton on the 27 April 2012 and the car landed at the dealers on the 17 May 2012 and i picked the car up today 24 May 2012.
I had excellent service from start to finish.
My salesman Jake was great after helping with all my options i got a great deal on the car.
He telephoned me at least once a week and every time my car moved in the order process.
I am extremely ocd so i had a list of what i wanted to be done at hand over all of which was done.
All the staff were courteous and professional with a high level of product knowledge.
My first mini was bought efficiently and enjoyably.
I had previous experience of Williams Bolton as i had bought 2 new BMW's both on 11 plate and again i had no issues and was dealt with professionally.
As i bought all new 2 Audis 4 Fords and a VW in the past 2 years so i know that buying a car can be difficult and if the sales staff dont do their job then it can be a nightmare.
