Hi guys,

I've just upgraded from a R56 One to an R56 Cooper and was just interested to know what the real top speed is. I know that in the majority of other Minis, the top speed differs quite substantially from what is quoted by Mini! Has anyone maxed out a standard cooper? (on a private track of course!)

Luckily for me there is an old airstrip near us. I can tell you that an R56 Dooper will do 119mph then you run out of flat hard stuff, but i reckon it wouldnt do much more.
But i guess you want the Cooper petrol...
