Just after some advice, I'm thinking of selling my cooper s and wondered realistically what I could expect to get.

In great condition for it's age, certainly better than alot i've seen out there.

Prices seem to be all over the shop ???

What do people think is reasonable ?

Hi, my car has 48000 miles, full service history, full mot, 6 months tax and 6months warranty from a garage only difference is the colour and it was priced at 5995 I didn't pay that as i traded in and got a great deal but just a rough idea, when I were looking for one with that mileage and history they were priced about 5000 to 6500 for an excellent condition car. hope this helps!, love the electric blue as well!, looks very nice.

I just paid £5500 for a grey 53(2004) mini cooper s with 44k years mot and 6 months tax full black leather heated seats Harman Kardon system, Xeons, outside in mint condition only one chip :)

Get along to a local mini dealer and find out what exactly the whole spec of your mini is from their database ,that'll give you a true picture of what your minis worth or not as all cars have so many options fitted there all different from the factory ,even chilli packs vary!!!

Whatever you do dont sell it to MINI they will give you far far far less than you could get elsewhere
