i am trying to remove the drivers side vertical pilar for the centre console to access the window and door lock switch panel to replace, can anyone tell me how to get the panel below the steering wheel (not the cowling but the actual dash panel) off so i have access to the top screw
i cant for the life of me see how.....
any help would be great

Hey,
is that a gen 1 mini?
on my one that screw is not obstructed , i don't suppose that panel has dropped down? can you push it up out the way to get to the screw?

Don't know about right hand drive, but just pops off for mine. There are two pins that insert into clips. They hold well, so takes some force.
Drops fast when comes loose also.
