Get some strong thin nylon string like sewing machine cotton, or maybe I think dental floss has been used.
Cut a length slide it under the edge of the badge and use it like a saw, back and forth to cut/slice the sticky pad behind working you way across and round the badge, watch out as their maybe location pins on the back of the badge which will stop you, but just work your way around them until most of the sticky pad is cut then pull the badge off.
The string will break as it wears, do it gently not using too much pressure and keep using a new pieces if it breaks as you go.
Once the badge is off, pick off the remains of the pad on the badge and body and clean remnants of glue off using white spirits.
Get some new sticky pads in a pack from a car shop somewhere like Halfrauds, they are a couplr of quid and theres plenty to do lots of badges, they sell the very thin pads for the purpose and make sure they are Exterior Grade type! Stick them on the back of the badge in the position of the originals and trim to fit if required, then when youre ready position badge and just press in place.
They then recommend if possible not to wash the car for 24 hours whilst the adhesive reaches full strength, but I always found they stick extremely firmly from the word go. The other way you could try is carefully using a hot air gun or hair drier to heat the badge up to soften the glue then try carefully levering it off, but Ive found the above string method always works for me it doesnt damage the paint or distort the badge.
I hope this helps?

We just use a Heat Gun and heat them up then place a Plastic Squeegee under the edge and lift up a little. 99% of the time they just pop off and will leave a lot less Messy black goop on the car. Any that is left can be removed with goof off or Goo Gone Hope it helps ya and post back what you end up using so others will have the info ;)
