Guys water is getting somewhere but I don't no from were. When I lift up the carpet in the boot to the right is soaked the carpet sponge is soaking it up and just sitting there. I opened the hole were to change the bulbs and it's dry. Back seats are dry and the battery hole is dry. I have a feeling it's gona get worse. Is there any seals or something out of view that is a common leak? Don't want the carpet to get ruined.

Just a thought but have you checked your high level brake light and spoiler? Just incase it's getting in and running down? You can pop off the the rubber grommet that exposes the spoiler nuts and see if it's all dry in there

To find the source of the leak if its not obvious, try this, remove all the carpet in the back so you just have bare body surface.
Dry it all out, and sprinkle some talc powder around on the floor, leave the car out in the rain or hose it down for a while and the talc will show where the rain water is running in from by leaving a tell tale track? :)

As Harvey94 says the high level brake light seal is a common leak point on earlier Mini's.

The light looks fine. The top of the carpet ain't went it's the sponge underneath it. Maybe it's getting in from driving in the rain?
Is taking the wheel off and the plastic arch thing to get a look behind it a good idea?

I think it unlikely from beneath, the bodyshell is pretty well sealed and checked at the factory, it is nearly always a failed rubber seal which causes problems. Have you checked the rear hatch rubber seal and drain hole is clear, water can run down inside it from wiper spindle/brake light/boot handle and exit via trim gaps inside the door seal rather than outside into rain channel.

So far I have sealed the tail lights and high level brake light with silicon changed the rear wiper seal and the drain holes are clear.....
And it's still leaking water I guess the next step is the boot seal itself unless anyone has any other ideas

I'd do what was suggested before to strip it down and dry off, either place paper towels all over to trace where water is coming from or talc

Update
Today I've taken out the boot handle and rear number light assembly and siliconed it back in and siliconed around the 2 back corners on the boot floor ...
The only other thing I can think of could be the actual boot seal .
But when I took the cover off the tailgate the padding inside was wet around the height of the tailgate release and number plate light assembly on the drivers side so im hoping The silicon I used will have stopped the leak I guess the next rain shower will tell

The big plastic panel covering the inside of the boot lid once taken off it has some padding/soundproofing material stuck to it

I've fixed my leak it was the clips which hold the trim at the bottom of the back windscreen I removed the trim and had a look They have little rubber washers on the clips The washers were broken so I removed clips then siliconed them back in then put the trim back on Then tested it with water and it's stopped leaking phewwww

If you can I would take off the boot lid interior panel and the panels down the side of the boot windscreen. Then sit inside the car and get someone to hose water around on the back of car. You should be able to get a good idea where the water is coming in. On mine it was dripping in quite fast and running down into the boot floor.
