hi, i have a 52 plate cooper,my problem is when i open or close the doors or lock them with remote the windows open about 1 or 2 inches, this happens a lot of the time but not all of the time ,please can someone help, thank you

It's meant to slip down a little when you open and slip back up when you closed the door
