Hello

I ave a 56 plate UK RHD Mini Cooper 1.6

My back windscreen wiper started playing up a few weeks ago where it would come on then just stop. Then it would just start again. Now it has stopped altogether, I am a total car noob so is this the order for diagnosing

Fuses, where are they - under the dash somewhere?
Relay - where is this? And how do you know if it's ok?
Motor - is this under the bonnet the same as for the front wipers?
