Had my Cooper S now for one week, took the girlfriend a month to convince me to get one and another month looking for one but finally picked her up from Manchester (2.5 hours away).
Its Dark silver, apparently, although it looks grey more than anything else, didnt miss a beat on the drive home and I loved it straight away, so responsive and plenty of pull, all that nagging from the girlfriend was worth it.
Its a 52 plate with 58000 miles, bodywork its absolutely spot on just a few stone chips on the front, hardly noticeable.
after about 20 'I told you sos' from the gorlfriend and a week later the car hasnt thrown up any surprises and to say im more than happy with it is an understatement.
With a bit of money spare too, debating weather to get the roof resprayed red along with the wing mirrors or a re-map for a bit more power, ill keep you all updated with that though.
