My daughters Mini One seems to have a mind of it's own! a few days ago she parked it a work and when she returned both windows were open about an inch. Today she parked the car and when she returned to the car both windows werehalf open and the car was unlocked. Anyone any idea

She's not accidentally holding the unlock button is she?
If not.. No idea. If she is, she's holding the button that opens all the windows and sunroof by accident

The problem with the plip key fobs where you press the button to lock/unlock the car is after getting out and locking the car you put the key in your pocket or handbag thats crammed full of other things then as you walk off pressure from your lipstick etc in the bag/your pocket can press on the key momentarily and reopen the car/partially reopen it without you noticing, just be careful where you put the keys so they cant be operated by something pressing on it.
This is why you can set the car, or at least the latest ones to auto relock after 60 secs of it unlocking if no doors are opened, for this very reason.
Either its this or theres a short circuit somewhere, but the above is the more probable answer.
