The usual exhaust, filter/induction kit route.

Then it's a pulley reduction and a remap is the simple way to get to the 200bhp mark, upgraded supercharger to the later unit (post 2004 model and JCW) added too can give a bit more. I've read that a reduction alone can get the 200bhp without a remap and that the car can fuel it safely - but check on that, and which reduction enables that as you will see 15% and 17% advertised.

1 sort out your brakes (standard are rubbish at best)
2 airfilter (Dave f is king)
3 Pully
4 full exhaust system (inc sport cat)
5 better intercooler
6 etc etc etc

but before all that make sure your engine can handle the power boost, so get a health check done first.
