My dealer is giving me a pure silver (and roof) "S" to use for a couple of days in 2 weeks time! :D What a nice man! ;)

Now I will have a proper go in an "S" 'cause I'm taking it around some of my fav roads in Wales!!

I'll let you know how I get on!! ;)

They only know my R1's registration number around there!:rolleyes: ;)

I have a couple of non-Wales routes as well that I might try out.

The roads I go on, your doing well if you can keep up the national speed limit! ;)

My dealer has already asked me if I would be interested in buying the demo "S" for list price!! .... ummmm ... no thanks!! :rolleyes:

I have also got an offer of someones build slot in Febuary '03 as they don't want their "S" until later in the year, so they are trying hard to sell me one.!! ;)

If anything else big goes wrong with my Cooper, I'll reject it and take the demo "S" this time as a straight swop!!!! :D :p :p You have been warned Mr BMW!

You'll want one. An hour behind the wheel and you'll be thinking 'nah, not worth the extra' ...... but a couple of days and you'll be addicted.

I had a Cooper but am now the happy owner of an S which is in the final stage of break in. My only regret is that I feel like I betrayed my Cooper after a year of fun.
