Is anthracite the standard colour for the interior on the Cooper. I haven't specified any colour at the moment but want anthracite so just wondering if I need to tell my dealer

I remember reading awhile back that anthracite was now standard, but just to be safe I'd make sure to tell your dealer that you want it. By the way, just picked up my MC last night with the anthracite interior, and I love it. I had never actually seen it in person, and it looks better than in the pictures (which look pretty good in the first place).

As usual I agree with Aiden, its an excellent choice and looks fantastic, particularly with the sports seats and the half leather.

I would clarify it with the dealer. I can remember last Sept there was abit of confusion over whether or not the brilliant silver interior trim was standard on the Chili pack, so worth checking with your dealer just to make sure!

Hehe, thanks Chris. Can't wait to drive it some for, so far only home from the dealer, and then to work this morning. Sa far I'm loving it though, and no problems whatsoever. not a squeak, rattle, or buzz to be heard. Hopefully it all stays that way!

Anthracite is the standard interior.
Chose my cooper with Anthracite and Red Interior on Chilli Pack with Silver Black Roof.

Coming soon to a road near you Cooper March 2003....

Chilli pack is only available in Europe, its similiar to the sports and premium packs offered in the US !:)

See, theres a Salt Pack on the ONE, a Pepper Pack available for the Cooper, and Chilli for Cooper and S , so the seasoning nicknames for the option packs carry right through the range !:)
