I just booked a room at the Quality Inn for Custom Compact Nats in Carlisle, PA for the first weekend in May (2-4). This is my first time going to the compacts show but I always have a blast at the truck show and the Mopar show
so I'm sure its going to be a good time. Hope to see some of you guys there.

There is going to be an SCCA driving school there as well.

The Custom Compact Cars started out being the same weekend as the Import/Kit Car show - but got too big (and too wild) for us "old fogie" import owners. :p

Watch out for the local "constabulary" - they like to "write up" the Custon Compact drivers if they get out of line/don't obey all the traffic rules!! :D

Heed SDMidget's words, and choose your show carefully this year. If you want to see MINIs (and Minis) go to the Import / Kit Car show, not the Custom Campact show...that show will be full of slammed Hondas, with televisons, coffee can exhausts and VERY LOUD sound systems that drown each other out all day long.

Our cars were on the field last year when MINIs were as rare as hens' teeth...especially my 5 day old MCS.

I'll be there, not sure which day, but most likely the weekend. Probably won't put the MCS on the field as it's not as much of a novelty as it was last year.

I will headed to the Custom Compact power Jam. I have 2 rooms at the Hilton Inn. I usually go to check out the cars and go Go carting. I plan on showing my MCS.

I'm going to try to make both shows. Lookout for a LY/W MCS.
