Thanks DK, Matin L and Soggy.

Whoever did the pace notes, you must learn the difference between a t-junction and a roundabout. And not to advise people to go straight over when they cant! ;)

Excellent turnout, lots of nice cars (all now filthy), no trouble that I saw, great fun!

Well done guys!

Thanks for organising another superb run. Pace notes seemed OK - I just followed the car in front

Thanks to S & M for providing some company on the journey home!

Car going back to Godfrey Hall tomorrow. Still filthy - sorry guys! 30 seconds in the car wash will have it sparkling again.

R1 - Elan Valley seems like a great idea! Superb roads - we could film our own version of Top Gear! Need any help planning the route:D :red:

Thanks everyone for the kind words :)
We're so glad that everyone had a great time.

I can't believe so many of you have cleaned your cars already

Mine's getting even more attention then usual today as it looks like it's been on a stage of the RAC rally ;) :p :D

For those out there like me who haven't cleaned their cars yet can I remind you to at least clean your number plate to remain "road legal" ;)

Thanks Martin, my pilot, dcp, my taxi to the airport, DK, soggy, Ady and all the organisers for a great day out !

Thanks Paul for setting up the infrastructure to bring all the MINI2ers together.

Briefly it would be;

Worcester
Bromyard
Leominster,
Follow signs to Rhyader.
Through the Elan Valley and onto the Aberystwyth mountain road to Devils Bridge. We could then by-pass the mountain road on the way back on the A road, or, if we had time, we could carry on to Aberystwyth for some chips by the sea!!:D.

Then return to Worcester! :D

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick message to say thanks very much for inviting Mini Magazine along on the run — we had a great time!

I’m sorry to say we haven’t got round to cleaning our Mini yet, although I think we ought to before it goes back to BMW — I’m offering a fiver to anyone in the Minimag office who fancies doing it!

If anyone’s got any comments on the weekend or funny stories to tell then feel free to email me helen.webster@aandspublishing.com.

Cheers!

Thanks for all the great feedback everyone, it's so pleasing to know you've all had a great time too.

Especially pleased to hear the "first timers" on such a MINI2 run have enjoyed it as much as the regulars - hopefully we will see you all at future events too :)

I'm pleased to say my car is still filthy, and will remain so all week to remind me of the day :D

Now, off to plan a new route and brand new Run ......... ;)

Please do apologise to your photographer for me. Apperently he wanted to take a shot of my filthy rear end but I just sped off  :p :D
