As most of you who joined ClubMINI2 will know, when the Club 'fell apart' things happened that meant the Club funds could not be released back to members at that time. I'm not going to go into that here. The bank account has since been reopened with much appreciated help from selected members of the club and the co-operation of the bank. I have yet to try to withdraw any funds but I am informed there should be no problem now.

I have contacted all the members that I have details for and have replies from most of them, a few are still outstanding and there are a few I don't have details for (other than names).

The question posed was...
Do you want your refund of club membership fees (which may not be the joining fee you payed due to expenses claimed etc..) as:
a) a cheque (please send name and address so that I know it is going to the right place)
b) a donation to Paul Mullet towards the running costs of MINI2.

I am hoping to start sending out cheques on or before
March 1st.

If you have not received correspondance and believe you were a paid up member of the club please email me at cmt_uk@yahoo.com with the details requested above.
(some mebership cheques towards the end did not get cashed/forwarded, so please check your statements before emailing).
