Welcome to MINI2 spikey. We dont discriminate on here - MINI One, Cooper, S - whatever its still a MINI - I cannot talk for the organisers but you should be more than welcome to join in. There should be plenty of other One's on the run anyway so you wont feel out of place.

On the run you'll probably find that those of us with ONE's are far rarer and belong to a much more exclusive club than the mobs who bring their S's and Coopers and we'll certainly give them all a run for their money!:D

When will we get the final information on the Run, unless I have missed something somewhere all I am aware of is that everyone will be meeting at Carsington Water Reservoir at about 9.00am on Sunday 18th May.
Is that it for now?

run start will be carsington water visitor centre. 9.00/9.30
run end will be ashbourne
route map will be issued at carsington water in the morning.

Yeah, I've got a couple of rooms booked there too. Have to try to not drink too much the night before. I'm bad enough with early mornings as it is.

I'm sure he didn't mean those others staying at the hotel to feel left out (or indeed anybody else who wants to stay there or join a convoy from hotel to the starting point)

M1 South Convoy

If the meet at the start is 9-9.30 are we meeting early enough? Reckon it will take longer to get down than that. I thought it was a 10am start when I first suggested the time. Also.....does anyone know the way?!:D

It takes me about 2 hours to get to Derby from up here in Ripon, and about 45 mins from ere to get to Leeds which is roughly around where wooley edge services. are. So, Richhamer i'm guessing it'll take us about 1 hour 15mins to Derby (2hrs minus 45 mins)? Thats just my thoughts some one may know better? If i'm correct prob we should av a strict 8am set off from wooley edge calling in at woodall on the way.
