And the reason everyone else charges so much? Well, it is sort of simple - expenses + profit. The bigger companies get, the more expenses they have for all those administrative expenses you can avoid when you are small. And then you have to come up with a couple bucks for the shareholders. And, the retailer has to make some money, too. That's why it can be great to be a "niche marketer" and cut down on all the supply chain costs.

Hope you do the R&D on the Aux adapter as well as this!
