Igor is confused. 4-Car is Channel 4's motoring website. There is a review of the Works S on there - the URL is http://www.channel4.com/4car/

The 4car web site used to be closely linked to the motoring show 'Driven', but that show has now been cancelled (apperntly they will still do some 'one-offs').

driven's been cancelled? that's a shame. Much better than 5th gear

He may of had his day but, I just watch him for his sarcasm. Also I bet he gets higher ratings on the new TOP GEAR than 5th GEAR, DRIVEN, PULLING POWER and all the other programs out there.

I wouldn't be so sure. Didn't someone say that the most popular driving programme was Driven?

My personal order of preference out of those you've mentioned is:

Driven
5th gear
Pulling Power/Top Gear/ (and Men&Motors).

Top gear used to be good when it ws Jezza, VBH, Tiff and Quentin. I don't think they've ever had a team as strong as that.

I do like Mr Clarksons sarcasm and his attitude in general. Some of his analogies really do make you laugh. But he does talk some kak has contradicted himself over the years without ever admitting to it, he just kind of slys it in and thinks people won't notice the u-turn. (ermm re-runs Jeremy?!)

e.g. Many will know he has a hate for paddle shifts, yet when he testdrove a ferrari fitted with the first system he stated 'Its the future' and loved them to bits.

Also where does he really stand with Porsches?!? He seems to love them then hate them from one year to the next.

His advice on the MINI... go for the one and get it chipped (Jezza obviously didnt take an S out to play before he said this). Plus no mention to the masses on the implications that advice may have which I thought was a bit reckless

And as for the new series, well they have some chuckle moments but you don't really learn much info useful in the real world.

Still I think he's a top bloke overall (as were the rest of the original team, oh VBH.. blokette)

Sorry, I completely strayed from the topic, ermm what was the question again?
