Maybe someone in the UK could send you a plastic license holder. (The black one with a mini logo in the top right corner.) I got my mum to go into the local MINI showroom in Portsmouth, Hants to get a MINI license holder for my MINI here in Canada. We don't have round license discs here, but it fits my staff car parking sticker.

Yup. That's a UK tax disc holder (MINI variety :) ) and the round paper item is the tax disc itself.

I would if I could, but our proof of yearly registration is an adhesive windshield sticker that falls apart when removed (to prevent theft)

Besides, you want a UK tax disc holder, right? Or are you looking for a tax disc itself?
